Goal Setting & Career Guidance Session in 3 Govt. Schools of Mahaboob Nagar Dt

Hi Friends

Monday we conducted the Goal Setting & Career Guidance Session in the following Schools. The Session includes

• What is Personality & Importance of having Good Personality
• What is Goal-Importance & How to Set a Goal-How to achieve our Desired Goal
• Importance of Time & 10th Class
• Difference Career Opportunities available after 10th Class
• We also distributed 2 Personality Development Books to each class leader for their reading (under Rotation basis in class or one page a day in School Assembly)
• A Small Test on the above Topics at the end of the session

1. Z.P.High School, Chinchodu Village: Session started at 10.15AM and completed around 12 Noon. Around 70-80 Students of 10th Class from both Mediums participated in the session. Students interaction is fine. But still they can develop more. Few Teachers listened our session and appreciated our efforts. They requested us to conduct more sessions which helps Students to increase their skills. This village is located around 12 Kms from Shad Nagar.

This is the Native place of Mr. Ahmed Pasha, friend of our Active Volunteer Kishore Kumar Reddy. Mr. Pasha arranged the sessions by taking prior permission from Schools. Thanks for their interest and initiation in order to serve students in villages.


2. Z.P.High School, Kishan Nagar Village: This village is located around 5 Kms from Shad Nagar. Due to delayed start in the previous school the actual schedule has been slightly changed. We waited and conducted the session here at 1.30PM to 2.45PM i.e. after their lunch.
Around 25-30 Students participated. Here students are very active and disciplined. We thought of spending much time but in view of next session in other school we spend only scheduled time.

3. Z.P.High School, Kesampet Village: Its nearly 25-30Kms from Kishan Nagar school. It took us 45 Mins to reach the school. Teachers requested us to take the session on some other day with a view of Bus to the Students at 4.15. There after students have to wait for more than 2 hours for another bus. So we thought of postponing this session and conduct the same on next Monday (30th) by covering few more surrounding schools. There are more than 120 Students are there in this schools.

Efforts Pasha and Kishore are really appreciable. We thought of conduct the same sessions in another 10 Govt. Schools in this District by the end of this academic year. Mr. Kishore is very interested to do the same.

Hi All,

On 23rd of November We conducted regular sessions in this school under "Personality Development Program".

Events Conducted:  

• We distributed the Prizes to our last competitions i.e, Essay Writing and Elocution. which are conducted on August 17th and September 21st.
• We conducted GK & IQ test for 8th class students and CAT exam for 9th and 10th class students.
• We distributed Quiz materiel to all the teams(each team contains 7 to 8 students) and the materiel contains 4 subjects i.e, General Science, Social, G.K and Computers and it contains up to their knowledge only.

22nd December, 13- Blanket Distribution to Homeless People @ 10PM

Hi all,

On the occasion of Jai Shankar's birthday we distributed blankets to homeless people, based on his interest & request by Mr. Jaya Sankar.

We started from Ameerpet @ 10 PM and we completed distribution around 12.00 a.m.

Punjagutta, Domalaguda, Narayanguda, Koti, Afzalgunj, Lakdikapool, S.R.Nagar and E.S.I.

FOOD DISTRIBUTION TO ROAD SIDE DESTITUTE @ NIGHT on Dec 13, 2013

Hi all,

As discussed in December, 13 Monthly Meet we started to distribute food packets in night times to road side destitues on trail bases. We started distribution after 10 PM and completed it by 12 AM

We distributed 30 packets of lemon Rice. We  started from S.R.Nagar and covered Punjagutta, Raj bhavan road, Lakdikapool, Domalaguda, Narayanaguda, Srinagar colony, E.S.I and Bulkampet.

Our special appreciation to Nagendra for sponsoring  Food and also volunteered the event with lots of patience.

Food distribution on Monday, December 16th, 2013 under Annam Parabrahmam Project

Hi all

On 16^th Monday, we success fully distributed 100 Biriyani Rice packets under Annam Parabrahmam project.  

We regularly distribute in new campus only, but this time we extended to old campus also, due to prior distribution of another unknown donor. 

Anyway, we ensured reaching of food packets to the needy people only, with help of co volunteer Naveen kumar. we distributed from 8pm to 9pm in hospital.

On Friday 20-12-2013 We conducted Common Ability Test in the following 2 Schools

1. Z P  High School Naiduvaripalli,Penagalur Mandal YSR Kadapa Dt (11:AM to 12:00PM)

Total 51 students were Participated from 9th and 10th classes. first 5 Minutes We Explained about the Importance Of this Exam.  Next 35 Minutes We conducted Exam. students particiapted with great enthusiasm ,and Teachers voluntire whole session interstilngly also  they Reuested us to conduct more sessions which improves students knowledge.

Goal Setting & Career Guidance Session In Z.P.High School, Menakuru, Nellore dt

Hi Friends

We conducted out 1st Career Guidance Session for this Academic Year 2013-2014 in Z.P. High School, Menakur, Nellore (dt) for 9th & 10th Class Students. Around 50-60 Students participated in this session. Students responded positively and they felt happy for learning the things.We started the session at 2.30PM and completed it by 4.15PM.

This school is located 10Kms distance from my native village. I am sure these types of sessions are very new to them. While returning from Sabarimala i visited the school and conducted this session with prior permission and planning. I received 5 to 6 calls from students after my session to clarify their doubts, which is a very good sign.

Students enjoyed the session. Thanks to Mr. S. Pratap, other volunteer, for his support to conduct this session.

We are planning to cover more Govt Schools, particularly in Villages, Small Towns, Rural Areas to create awareness to students on different career opportunities available after 10th Class.

My sincere thanks to School Management, Latha, Head Mistress, for permitting me to share my knowledge. 

Due to Rain session in one school (Attivaram village) has been postponed.

Our target is to conduct these sessions atleast in 25-30 schools before March, 14 by reaching more than 2000 Students in and around Hyderabad, Mehaboob Nagar, Medak, Nellore, Kadapa, Ananthapur and other Districts

(17 to 20th Sessions) 08-07-2013 to 02-09-2013-Basics&General Awareness Classes at GBE Primary School on Every Monday 9-11AM for the Academic Year 2013-14

17^th Session (11-11-2013):-

• This is the session which our volunteers had tried purely  to grab the children concentration.
• Sai had made children to conduct dictation on VATHULU tho PADHALU, DEERGALU tho PADHALU and some TUFF words among them self.
• Made children to tell no lies by counting 100 to 1 numbers by being in meditation and asking them to tell where they had streaked in counting the numbers.
• Explained about the importance of children's day
• Made children to play games which were been initiated by children.
•  Haritha & Vikram asked children to write Achulu & Hallulu.
• Condected dictation on Achulu, Hallulu.
• Explained about some good habits (brushing& traffic rules)
• Explained children about the freedom fighters.

TASKS:-

• For Vaheeda Class: write Vathulu and Hallulu as home work.
• Sai class: write there family members and friends names
• Haritha and Vikram class: Prepare about the national leaders for Children's day

18th Session (19-11-2013):-

• HARITHA CLASS:-   Students (Ali & Sai) are made to tell dictation on Achulu and Hallulu.
• VIKRAM & DHANESH CLASS:-   Dictation of Sarala padhalu by using of cards.
• VAHEEDA CLASS:-  Dictation on Gudinthalu with Padhalu. Conducted by the Students (Kavya, Madhu kiran & Krupa).
• SAI CLASS:- Dictation on Vathulu with Padhalu by students (Prasanth& Sri latha) by using book, and all students read paragraph in book. This is the session which has been held by Haritha... appreciation from the rest of the team.

19^th Session (25-11-2013)
On 25th Nov we were successfully Conducted Exam at GBES School.
Exam Details 

• Batch 1 (Haritha &Vikram)- Identifying Letters , Words Matching (Achulu, Hallulu,Saralapadalu)
• Batch 2 – (Vaheeda) Identifying Pictures, Words Dividing, Word Adding (Gunenthalu,simple words)
• Batch 3 – (Sai, Srinadh) Identifying Pictures, Words Dividing, Word Adding (Vathulu)

This is the session which has been held by Sai Kumar... appreciation from the rest of the team.

20^th Session (02-12-2013)

Sai Class

• Conducted Dictation on Gunenthalu, identifying the letters and formatting the words for Vaheeda class,
• For Sai class Own story writing, Fill in the blanks and word marching
• Identifying things, Colours and animals with the help of Laptop

Vikram & Dhanesh Class:-

• Children (Madhu Kiran, Naveetha, Suresh, Parameswari,Ankitha),conducted dictation on Sarala Padalu,
• Vikram Explained about Gunethalu
• Asked Padupu kadhalu and explained about Amazing Facts

3rd Session-CAT Exam-Personality Development Program @ ZP High School, Kuchapally, Medak Dt on Every 3rd Saturday

Hi All,

On 23rd of November We conducted regular sessions in this school under "Personality Development Program".

Events Conducted:

We conducted different exams for different classes i.e,GK & IQ test for 8th class students and CAT exam for 9th and 10th class students.

And we gave Prizes to our last competitions i.e, Essay Writing and Elocution. which are conducted on August 17th and September 21st (This delay happens because of Strikes and Festival holidays).

In next session we are going to conduct  Quiz competition,for this lot of students were interested to participate.so we divided them into 15 groups(Each group contains 7 or 8 members) and we allotted Team Name and Team Leader for each team.

                        

We prepared & distributed Quiz materiel to all the groups which contains 4 subjects i.e, General Science, Social, G.K and Computers and it contains up to their knowledge only.

Me and BikshPathi are participated as volunteers.

11th Blood Donation Camp on 16-Nov-2013 @SUPRABHATH INSTITUTE FOR COMPUTER STUDIES,CHEERYAL,KEESARA ROAD,ECIL,R.R.DIST

Hii all

We successfully completed our 11th Blood Donation Camp.

The reason for this camp is our new volunteer UDAY & his friends. He turned up to our New Volunteers introduction session . He heard all the Projects and he wanted to help Thalassemia Children with Blood Donation. He tried hard and College Management agreed. He went to each class and explained about Thalassemia and Blood Donation importance with out our help. Inspiration at its best.

When comes to Organizing the activity Uday and Team done a great job to assist our volunteers.

With all their efforts they motivated 35 Donors. Its a very great help as Thalassemia Society is in need Blood very badly. Even 1 unit  is very important to them and the children.

Our Active Volunteers Naresh & Venkatesh organized the total activity with the their help.

• They have introduced our activities to students
• A Brief awareness about Thalassemia and Blood Donation once again
• Blood Donation Camp
   

Our Special Thanks to College Management for giving a chance to conduct Blood Camp and help the little children who are in very need of Blood. Even i received a call today requesting 8 to 10 Units of Blood for Children.

Once again its our turn to appreciate our New Volunteer UDAY for his great initiation. We need to get lot of inspiration from these dudes. May God Bless You all.
