NELLORE-Goal Setting & Career Guidance Session in Govt Schools

Hi Friends,

As intimated earlier on Feb 19, 2013 our Volunteer Mr. Sai Kumar & Harish has conducted Goal Setting & Career Guidance Session in 2 Govt Schools of Nellore. Thanks Mr. Harish for his valuable time and cooperation. Sai Father has taken permission from the schools for conducting these sessions. Thanks for his valuable coordination.

Govt High School, Karnalamitta, Nellore: We started the session at 2 PM and ended around 3PM. Around 70-80 Students of 10th Class participated. This is our 1st Session in Nellore and its also 1st for Sai Kumar. His initiation is really inspiring.

Govt High School, Near Madras Bus Stand, Nellore: We started the session at 4 PM and ended around 5.15 PM. Around 25-40 Students of 10th Class participated.

The students felt very happy for these interactive & informative sessions.

Session Content includes:

• Personality & its importance
• Importance of Setting a Goal in Life, How to achieve that.
• Importance of 10th Class
• Different Career Options available after 10th Class (Jobs, Entrance Exams, Different Courses, Distance Education, Self Employment, Financial Assistance for Education Help etc.,)
• We distributed Career Charts for 2/- to students and for free who dont have money

Total Updates on Food Distribuion to Road Side Destitutes in June, 2012

Dear All,
 

This is the updates about the Food Distribution for Road Side destitute Under Annam Parabrahmam project in the Month of June.

In the June, 2 teams participated & conducted this project in different dates and places. This is very happy to say that this project is running successfully and we are getting huge response and many people are showing interest to participate as well as donated. 

As you all know we are distributing Food Packets only to the Needy not to all the beggars due to only reason that begging became a business for many.

Here I am giving the total updates for the month of June;

It takes 3 to 4 hrs time in doing this and  even in traffic volunteers never feel any inconvenience in searching the needy people.

Total Updates of Food Distributions in May Month Under Annam Parabrahmam Project

Dear All,

As per our Monthly Food Distribution Program under Annam Parabrahmam project, this month we conduced this activity in Five different places in different Dates. Mostly Every week we are doing this activity and reaching more needy people regularly. Our heartfull thanks to the Donors and Volunteers of this project.

1st Activity @Vijayawada on 20^th May

You all know that we are conducting the food distribution program in Vijayawada from last 2 month onwards, our Active Member Bhargavi Garu is conducting this program regularly with out fail by self preparation of food.

This time they prepared the "Dadoojanam" and they started at the evening time and distributed 12 packets to the needy people. All the packets are distributed the oldage and mentally Challenged people.

2^nd Activity @ Ameerpet to Secunderabad on 27^th May

We have distributed 10 food packets in the above areas to the needy people and all the people were very much hungry and started eating in front of us, which gave more satisfaction and energy to distribute the food even in the hot summer.

3^rd Activity @ Khairatabad to RTC Cross Roads on 27^th May

We have distributed 10 food packets in the above areas to the needy. it was very difficult to find the destitute in the hot summer but our volunteers done a good job and spend 3 hrs time to find out the needy people. Our Sincere thanks to the volunteers to their dedicated efforts even in the hot summer.

4^th Activity @ Nellore on 27^th May

In order to motivate people in other areas/places. we are doing activities as and when we get time under trail & error method. 

Based on this, we distributed 21 Packets of Curd Rice to destitute on Roads. Even though it is 1st time in Nellore, we successfully completed our activity with the co-operation of Chandu and we are very much thankful for their efforts.

5^th Activity @ SR Nagar to Miyapur on 29^th May

We started from the SR Nagar at 10am and covered more areas(Begumpet,Secunderabad, Bowenpally,Tankbund,Madhapur,Miyapur) for distributing 20 food packets to the needy people. It very hard to search the needy people and we need to cover many areas for finding the real persons. But our volunteers did marvelous work and nearly they were spend 5 hrs time in the hot summer.We are very much thankful for their excellent work and for dedication.

This request has been verified by Mr. Masthan at Buchireddy Palem and he confirmed that the details furnished in the attached sheet are true and correct.

So we decided to pay his college and mess fee, which cost around 9,000 to 10,000/-. Tomorrow is the last date and he will collect the required amount from our Active Member R. Srivalli.

She will post the more details and she also got this case through other NGO (Sahrudaya).
