Health request came from Kappaladoddi village, Patient name: Madhavi Latha, D/O, Vartha Viswanatha Rao, who is Cheneta Weaver. MS. Madhavi Latha admitted to the Government Hospital, Vijayawada for the treatment of Antepartum Haemorrhage (Bleeding at the time of pregnancy), which is covered under Arogya Sree.

About Father (Vartha Viswanatha Rao), who is Chinita Weaver and not having a fixed income and facing so many health problems. He is having four daughters and Madhavi Latha is the second daughter. And his one daughter is Mentally Retarded children.

What they need:They need financial support for the medicine purchases and transportation charges from their village to the government hospitals (Vijayawada). They requested 3,000 rupees for their medical treatment and support on an emergency basis.

No financial help to patients

No financial help to patients, if the total amount required is above 20,000/-

Due to many valid reasons and after lot of discussions, from this year on wards we are not going to extend financial support to patients or for any medical expenses which are above 20,000/-.

We are planning to do following things under Health Support Project

1. Health Awareness Workshops

2. Menstrual Health and hygiene awareness to Girl Child

3. Guidance and moral support to patients

4. We do extend our support  if the total medical requirement is below 20, 000/- and if it meets our criteria

Medical Support to Abhinaya Sree

We received health support request by seeing news article about  ASWA in ennadu newspaper.

6 years old girl Abinaya sree met an fire accident while playing near to tulasi kota.most of her  body got burnt.Her father requesting us to provide medicines for her. - Location is Jeedimetla near Sarike nagar.
on  04/05/2018 our volunteer Durga Prasad Garu verified this case @ jeedimatla, he said it's genuine. She admitted in Ghandi hospital for plastic surgery. One minor surgery completed.


On 23-05-2018 our volunteer Mohan Vajjha went to Gandhi hospital to know the exact baby condition.

So doctor suggested us as her parents are poor you people better to provide *medicine and protein food* and when she will undergo for surgery better to arrange B+ve blood.

As per doctor suggestion and her parents request today Mohan handed over medicine along with protein x Power worth 1800/-. This is approved by board.

Health Support to Parvathi, Bangalore

Dear All,

On this last Sunday (25-06-2017) parvathi garu taken Vamana therapy treatment for her problem. She has to take treatment for 4 months to cure her problem completely. She felt somewhat better compared to last time after taking treatment.

Once again it's proved that through Ayurveda any disease can cure completely. This time we spent 3400Rs for her treatment including medicines. Again in the next week she has to go for checkup, based on that she needs to take next level treatment.

In last Sunday (11-06-2017) I taken them to Ananya Ayurveda centre ,Dr.Gurunath Garu done the checkup and said that due to migraine she is suffering pain in head and she suffering pain in whole left side due to surgery is not done properly.

Dr.Gurunath sir suggested some medicines cost of 1000Rs for 1 week, based on health condition they need to go for panchakarma treatment.

We have received a health request from Pusa Manjula from Ram Gopala Rao pet, Hyderabad on   February 2017, as she was suffering with multiple problems Thyroid, Back Pain and low levels in hemoglobin. she requested us for his monthly medicine, which costs approximately Rs.6000/-per month.

Verification details: One of our volunteers Mastan ,Naresh and Mohan Vajjha has visited his house and found genuine as per our (Amma Social Welfare Association) policies.

Her husband died off jaundice and his mother and she both are working as a daily labor, and the earnings was spending on their live hood. Through Internet she reached us.

After the complete verification, ASWA has decided to take her responsibility for 3 months which approximately cost Rs.18000/- (for each month RS.6000/-). She has two children; they are studying in Govt.elementary School.

Health request from PARAMA SIVA KUMAR ,Tanuku, KIDNEY Problem

Hi all,

We have received a health request from Parama Siva Kumar from Tanuku on January 2016, as he was suffering with kidney disease (Creatine level is 4), and he requested us for his monthly medicine, which costs approximately Rs.6000/-per month.

Verification details: One of our volunteer has visited his house and found genuine as per our (Amma Social Welfare Association) policies.

His father and mother was both are working as a daily labor, and the earnings was spending on their live hood. Parama Siva Kumar went to Kuwait for his job. At the time of joining, Company asked his health report card. At that time he came to know that he is suffering with kidney problem, and came back to India, through his friends he reach us.

After the complete verification, ASWA has decided to take his responsibility for 6 months which approximately cost Rs.36000/- (for each month RS.6000/-)

So today we have deposited the full amount of Rs.36000/ to his bank account. The amount should be spent on Medicines only (Compulsory).Myself or any of ASWA team members have right to monitor as he is spending money for medicines or not.

Health support request for Kidney transplanted patient - Avala Seeu

Dear All,

             We have taken responsibility of Mr.Avala Srinu for the requested 2 months support of an amount of Rs. 17,000/- for  the months March and april, and the cheque is issued on his name ,Andhra Bank, Nellimarla on 04th March 2016,and the amount credited on same day.

Dear all,

            In continuous to previous mail please have a look in the following summary, Boddepally Govida Rao was sllipped in bath room and got injured to his head at that time their family joined him in hospital,he got three operation on head ,and one of them was failed.so no he was not able to walk .his two hands are not working perfectly,but some how hands are ok. on 15 th day of october 2013 he got injured.from that day he was on bed.

He visited ESI Aayurvedic hospital for second openion,they have tried well ,in that hospital also there was no use.so they continue the english medicine.from lost 6 months he got improved little bit.So their family have hopes on english medicine. that's why they are asking for medicine support.there will be some chances to survive,from doctors side they have done what they can,there will be no chance to get well,but fortunately English medicine was working.

                   The heart operation to Maha Lakshmi was successful. Now she was able to play with her friends. Before operation she was not able to move. I asked her grandfather about her health, he said she was perfectly good. All her family was very happy

Dear birds of ASWA,

This is referred by fakruddin sir(Anantapuramu) Volunteer .Her father(Lokesh) is working as Auto driver  by taking  Auto on  rent base per day Rs 250/-Her is mother is House wife. They have two daughters Elder daughter have 5 years studying 1st class and younger daughter is 2 years i,e Maha Lakshmi.

By born the baby have the problem.Heart is on right side and  three walls are closed.The baby suffering from Regularly fever,cough&cold and becoming very week .

Initially they went to Narayana Hrudalaya Hospital,Bangalore for checkup. they said that they require surgery  after two years. Mean while they have to used medicines. After completing two years they went to Narayana Hrudalaya Hospital,Bangalore. The doctors said required 6 surgery's for each surgery it cost around 4 Lakhs.As they are not able pay that much of amount for surgery.Even though not able to pay amount for tests also. So they contacted us with reference of Fakruddin sir .

So our Anantapuramu Volunteer Naveen verified and found  it is genuine so that our board members are approved to help them. Later on we  referred Care Hospital and they said to take Angiogram test to know the status of baby .So we  paid amount of Rs. 10,000  for Angiogram test .

Doctor's said that baby needs heart surgery .So they doctors discussed and inform to parents after discussing with doctors about surgery date.
 

Our volunteer Sarath Chandra really work hard for helping them .At that time all our volunteers busy with their schedules and no one available to 8 take care of them.So Sarath chandra  will taken responsibility for guiding  them even he is in night shift.

No words to appreciate for sarath chandra efforts. Really they showed very patience and helped them. Sarath Chandra,Haritha and Naveen involved in this help request.
