2nd Session-Self learning through Book Reading - Govt. High School, Sanath Nagar on 03.08.2019

Hi Friends,

Yesterday (03/08/2019) ,we ASWA Team conducted Stories Session @ Sanath Nagar High School

1. First We divided students into 10 groups . Then our Volunteers Chalapathi, Praveen,Vani garu and Chakry narrated the stories to students and asked few questions in that stories.

2. After that Students from each group came forward and nicely narrated beautiful stories, Children get very excited when they tell stories.

3. At the finishing of session, Chalapathi asked few logical questions to students.

Our valounteers  Balu,Shilpa,Santhosh and Mani garu supported very well..

1st Session-Self learning through Book Reading - Govt. High School, Sanath Nagar on 20.07.2019

Hi All,
Today 20-07-2019,we conducted our First high school session Self learning through Book reading @ Sanath Nagar High school.

Our session highlights :
*Chakry briefly introduced about ASWA and our activities..

-> Amma Srinivas Nicely Introduced our book learning activity and its impact in our lives, then we collected the information from students which type of stories they like most.

->Our Volunteers conducted Base line reading test to check students reading and understanding abilities .

* We distributed few stories books to read, We observed that students faces were  glowing while taking books..

->Our Volunteer Chalapathi asked a puzzle with image, Students answered puzzle with good enthusiasm

->At the end of the session Amma Srinivas sung a song delightfully.. children's added their chores to it

Our volunteers Shilpa, Ramesh, Chalapathi, Bhalu, Manoj did great job..

Conducted 1st session at Govt Primary School, Yellareddy Guda from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

1. Introduction from students.

2.Conducted general knowledge test to know the status of how much they know about general awareness.

3. Explained in detail various General topics.

4. Taught them one poem " చేయీ చేయీ కలుపుతాం".

5. Explain about handwriting improvement.

8th Session at Govt. Primary School, Dharam Karam Road, Ameerpet on 26.08.2019 at 9.30am to 11am

Dear all,

Today I have successfully completed 8th regular weekly session at Govt primary school, Dharam Karam road, Ameerpet from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.

Please find the highlights of the session:

1. Taken attendance and seating arrangement.

2. Conducted general knowledge test to know the status of how much they know about general awareness and explained in detail about few topics.

3. Explained further concepts about handwriting improvement.

4.  Allotted the project work to complete in 15 days.  This project covers almost all the basics of Telugu, English, mathematics and general awareness and help them to work as a team.
