We have received a request for the patient Sarath, aged around 40. He has been suffering with High BP. The blood clots have been formed due to this in the brain. Now they Need Rs.4 lakhs for treatment to complete the treatment in VIZAG Hospital for 45 Days as he needs to treat as Inpatient in hospital.

CASE HISTORY :- The surgery has been made thrice and they are removed in Mumbai. In Bombay Am amount of Rs.12 lakhs paid for the hospital for surgeries with the help of relatives, brother in law and with their gold (3 lakhs), treatment & medication. Now the patient has been sent to Vizag and his treatment going positively.
FAMILY POSITION & FINANCIAL STATUS:- Sarath was working in Shakthi group, getting an amount of Rs.13,700/-. He went to Pune on company work and was ill and admitted in hospital. His wife was working in Rashimath informations system and getting Rs.9500/- . First surgery was done at pune, Arogyasri is not applicable as surgery was done at other state. ESI will be applicable for next operations. Now her wife is also not working as she needs to take care of her husband. They have 5+ Years boy.
