We have paid Rs.5,200/- via cheque no :489805 dated 20/08/2015, as she requested to pay initial fee to get Mess and Hostel facility. Based on her financial condition we agreed to pay this one time amount. I have also given 30 mins Goal Setting session to her, as still she is no clear on her Goal.

Her Goal is to achieve Group 1,2 officer. She requested us for Coaching which may cost around 20,000. We also can suggest her where best coaching is given. Her college timings from 9am to 2Pm. So there onwards she wants to take coaching. She is above average student at all levels (60%- 75%) from 10th class to up to Graduation and constant Growth in results. She is decent. She got help from college lecturers from Intermediate 2nd year and in Graduation also.

Financial Position is Poor. She is innocent, Decent, Interested. My view is I am not sure about whether she becomes Group Officer but can say by coaching she gets a minimum govt. Job like V.R.O and J.L. Even we can ask and follow up to give back amount once she get job after 2 years. So we can support, if it meets our criteria.
