3rd & 4th PDP Sessions @ Nishulk Prabhat Trust School, Kairathabad

Sorry for the delayed updates. Now i am sending updates of 3rd and 4th Sessions. 

Due to my Personal Obligations i attended 3rd Sunday PDP Sessions at Nishulk Trust instead going to 2 Z.P Schools in Medak District.

3rd Session-17th August,2013

Actually we planned to conduct Elocution Competitions in this session. As intimated earlier its become big task for the Volunteers to handle these children, as few of them are very undesciplined. So i concentrated purely create some disciplined environment and explain them how important it is. After nealry 30 Min Session on Discipline and using our sessions as per their interest, we motivated them towards ELOCUTION, nobody turnedup as they didnt prepared. After our motivational words few turned up and explained about PLASTIC.

Then i explained the FORMAT & BASIC GUIDELINES to be followed for any ELOCUTION Competition. Then we closed the day after having a chat separately with children who are active but Undisciplined. We try to highlight their Positves and convert their activeness towards Education and active participation with discipline. We find that we got some success with this separate interaction.

4th Session-7th September, 2013

Based on the previous sessions and experiences and as a continuation to our last weeks session we conducted a session on "IMPORTANCE OF LIFE & GOAL", so that they will tranform/ think on this. 

Mr. Naresh from Lead India conducted this session in a very inteactive way. We observed that children are more disciplined than previous sessions. We conducted the session only for 9th & 10th Class Students. Our sincere thanks to Mr. Naresh for his valuable time and motivating the students with different examples and motivational words. 

Our Volunteer Sirisha came forwarded to take up the total responsibility of maintaining Pre & post activity works of this schools which includes analyzing students performance, maintaining student wise records for competitions etc., Which will be very helpful to NAGABABU to concentrate on each student.
