Monthly Meet on Every 1st Sunday of the Month @ 4PM-6PM

Hi All,

Most of you know that we are conducting "Monthly Meet" on every 2nd Sunday of the month to discuss, plan all happenings of ASWA.  From this month onwards our meet will be on 1st Sunday of every month.

Agenda

• Revising Exisiting Activities
• Discussing about  new suggestions, feedbacks, improvements and activities
• Finalization of All Help Requests received during that period
• Discussion about Resources Required

Venue

• In general our meeting place is ESI Park, but in few cases we will shift to other venues if available for free of cost :-)

Timings

@ 4pm-5pm-This is a meet to all Members/Volunteers/Interested Parties - Any one can participate to share their views&suggestions. For this even new comers can come. But its better to come after participating in atleast 1 activity to get familiarity with members and activities.

@ 5pm-6pm-This is only(strictly) for  Board Members to finalize the issues/plans discussed above or to discuss Management issues
