Dear all
I am very sorry to say that Vijay is passed away from us on 30th May 2014 @ 9:30 P.M. We didn't expected this to happen as he is very active, intelligent and good knowledge person.
We promised to his Vijay's mother that we will be here to support her. When
i spoke with his mother she said that i live alone in Rajahmundry and she is not interested to stay in his elder son house. If required
definetly i will come and join in your Associated oldage homes. She felt very very fortunate to receive our help even at her sons last days. She appreciated our efforts.
May his soul rest in peace.
Dear Team,
37 years old met an accident in 2006 and his spinal cord is damaged. He went for surgery in Global hospital but surgery is failed so he was completely bedridden from 2006 on towards. His 72 years old mother is taking care of him. They are getting pension of 5k as his father worked in railway Dept. and passed away in 1990. He doesn't have anyone to look after him except his mother. He has one elder brother who is extending financial support occasionally.
He lost his sense in his lower limbs and unable to move and stretch his legs, thus caused him another problem of bedsores on both sides of thighs. Our Rajahmundry volunteer J. Durga Prasad visited and verified the details. He said the case is genuine and we can extend our support to him based on his mother's age & health condition. Our special Thanks to Durga anna for verifying this case, even when he was busy with his official & personal works.
We forwarded this case sheet to Dr. Sundar based on our previous experiences in treating similar kinds of cases (Malakondaiah who lost spinal cord in road accident-referred by Kishore, TMAD). Dr. Sundar sir accepted to join him in his hospital in Vizag along with accommodation (Food & servant to Vijay and his mother). We shifted him to Sundar Sir Hospital at Vizag on 5th May, 14 in an Ambulance. We paid 2,000/- for ambulance and remaining paid by 4,000/-. Vijay is able to pay 4000/- PM. Total cost for the treatment is approximately 80,000/- , like earlier cases as he is unable to pay total, Doctor agreed to take whatever Mr. Vijay is able to give on humanitarian grounds.
Our special thanks to Dr.Sundar for his kind heart. This is not the first time he is treating poor patients with low cost or free of cost. We have been taking many cases. With an intention to serve others he is accepting all the cases referred by us. We really thankful to
Dr. Sundar for his support to extended our health related services to more poor & needy.
Love all - Serve all
