Need Support for Middle class House wife having Kidney Malfunction

Hi,

This is J.Durga Prasad, active volunteer of ASWA. Iam here for a health support needed on behalf of my classmate Mrs. V.Sowjanya, who is suffering from the loss of her kidney function.

In 2010 April she got married to V.Shyam, Who is working in Magma Fincorp Limited. Both of them had a nice journey up to 2011. At the start of 2011 they came to know that Sowjanya is having a Kidney Problem (Because of the abortion).

 
Her father was working in Irrigation Department. Since they are from a middle class family. They cant afford the cost of the treatment. She is not having any insurance policy to claim.

Currently function of her kidney is 30% - 40% i.e., kidney size reduced from 7mm (usual size) to 5mm.

Up to recent times they did not think to ask for financial help. With repeated calls and help from her friends they are asking for help.

I am enclosing the documents required for our verification.
