Donation is a very Healthy and most needed noble activity in the world. Need of
Blood has been on increasing side, where as BLOOD DONORS are very less.
So in order to create awareness and motivate people towards BLOOD DONATION, we have been
conducting Rally's from last 1 year. This time we are planning to conduct a 2K
RUN.
This 2K
RUN also creates awareness on a dangerous disease “THALASSEMIA”, Patients suffering from this has to go for Life long Blood Transfusion for every 15 days.
When we are hardly able to get 1 UNIT of BLOOD
in Emergencies, how will they get blood for every 15 days?.
This is
the ONE OF
THE REASON for conducting AWARENESS RUN & Blood Donation Camp. 2000+ Thalassemia affected kids (only registered no) required 4000+
units of blood every month in Hyderabad.
If you are
a Blood Donor then JOIN US to donate
blood. If not, you
still can become a part by PARTICIPATING in our 2K RUN, from which we can motivate many
people. Your Participation not only MOTIVATES the existing Volunteers who
are doing this but also INSPIRES many others.
You can
donate blood only once in 3 months but you can motivate many people with
your 1 HOUR PARTICIPATION IN 2KRUN.
2K Run
starts exactly @ 10 AM at Srinivasa Nagar Community Hall (i.e.
Venue). It goes on via
S.R. Nagar
Police station-Satyam Theatre-Mythri Vanam-Ameer pet-Back to
Venue.
