Hi Friends

It’s our pleasure to share our “6 Years Journey – A Book Let” with those people who are the reason for it i.e. YOU. We are able to achieve all these only because of your continuous support. Thanks for your initiation in helping others.  Please have a look at the attached book let and let me know your suggestions, opinions and feedback.

We are aiming to do more noble deeds. Just need your support, which a fuel to our burning desire.

From Next year onwards we won’t release consolidated book let of all years activities. We just planned to release book let of Particular Year updates, which reduces time as well as Save Paper. We need to refer this book let for 6 years progress.

Meet to Plan & Finalize 2014-15 Activity Calender -Pl turn up If u can spend 1 hour in a Month either Regularly or Ocassionally

Hi All

Theme: - We are conducting a meet to Plan & Finalize 2014-15 Activity Calendar based on the No of volunteers available and the time allotted by them.

Meeting date      :      1^st June, 2014 Sunday @ 5.30PM

We can do all the following activities with JUST 1 HOUR TIME IN A MONTH OF 1 VOLUNTEER.

YOUR 1 HOUR IS VERY CRUCIAL AND IMPORTANT, HOPE YOU CAN FIND 1 LEISURE HOUR IN A MONTH

ANY ONE CAN TURN UP, if 

• You can spend 1 hour in a Month either regularly or occasionally 
• You can suggest us and help in planning  
• You want to meet our active volunteers 
• You can help our Coordinators by providing (online) useful info which can be useful in our activities like info for Students, Stories, Inventions and other innovative teaching methods, ideas to improve their knowledge/skills 
• You can do paper correction of Essay Writing and other competitions conducted in Schools
• You are willing to be a part (offline/online) of our Content Research & Development Team for schools etc.,

 
 

 

WITH YOUR 1 HOUR WE CAN DO THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES (OUR PLANS FOR 2014-15)

• CONDUCT MONTHLY SESSIONS IN GOVT. HIGH SCHOOLS TO MOTIVATE STUDENTS (5 to 8 Schools-2 Hours of a Saturday in a Month to each school)

Conducting different types of Educational competitions & activities

Conducting different types of Sports competitions

Conducting Awareness Sessions

Teaching them Communication, Dancing, Painting and other skills

• CONDUCT WEEKLY SESSIONS IN 2 PRIMARY SCHOOLS (Every Monday Morning 1 School and Afternoon 1 School)

Teach Basics of Telugu, English and Mathematics

Inculcate values through different types of activities

Conducting different types of Educational, Entertainment Sports & activities and competitions

• CONDUCT WEEKLY / FORTNIGHT/ MONTHLY SESSIONS IN ORPHANAGE HOMES

To spend time in our monthly Orphanage and old age home visits

Teach them Values, Morals and Subject

Motivate them with Inspiring Stories

Conduct different entertainment, educational and sports competitions

Monthly Groceries and provisions donation

• CONDUCT QUARTERLY BLOOD DONATION CAMPS

Blood Camps to Support & save 2000+ Thalassemia Children

Create Awareness about Thalassemia & Blood Donation

• CONDUCT MEDICAL CAMPS OCCASIONALLY OR REGULARLY

Conduct Medical Camps In Slums

Conduct Health related Awareness Sessions

Guide Poor patients in Hospitals

• FOOD DISTRIBUTION (INCLUDING OLD CLOTHES AND FRUITS)

To Road Side destitute

To Poor Patients attendees in Hospitals

• PLANTATION AND SAVE EARTH RELATED ACTIVITIES

Plantation in Schools and Colonies

Plastic & Save earth awareness in Schools and Colonies

Rain water Harvesting Pits construction

• CONDUCT SESSIONS ON RTI

• PERSONALITY & OTHER SKILL DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS TO VOLUNTEERS

• Apart from the above still we have many other administrative works like

Accounting (Tally updates, Vouchers Checking etc.,)

New Volunteers Follow up

Reviewing activities

Motivating Donors

 Communication with the Group Members, donors, volunteers

Updating Blog

Posting Mail updates to the Group members and Many more

You all know, it’s not an easy task to run as organization in our leisure time, but still our Volunteers doing it with utmost dedication with minimum available resources, Kudos to all of them. They are spending their entire leisure time to help others. It would better if every one of us can extend our support just by spending 1 Hour in a Month.

There are kind hearts to donate money and we are very less numbers of people who donate time. Hope you can…..

ASWA BEST VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION AWARDS

Hi Friends

Just 24 hours to go for our 6^th Anniversary. Another successful year has been added to our ASWA’s Crown.  So it’s our prime responsibility to remind and recollect the people behind this success.  There are different classes of people on whom total organization is depended on. The success belongs to all of them.

• DONORS : Who donates money very generously for a great cause 
• VOLUNTEERS : Who participate in activities by spending their valuable time 
• WELL WISHERS : Whose suggestions & feedback's reason for our Quality
• MANAGEMENT BOARD : Which is responsible for every movement of ASWA

Above all there is one more Group which makes sure that above all are connected correctly and spending our Money & time for a cause without any deviations. They are none other than ACTIVE VOLUNTEERS, who are also volunteers but they spend more time and also take the responsibility of task in ant project. We should elect BEST VOLUNTEERS Who spends enough time in our activities for period of 6 Months of an year.  And who will take the responsibility of any task in at least 1 project.

EACH VOLUNTEER-EVERY RUPEE-EACH MINUTE IS VERY IMPORTANT

We introduced  this "BEST VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION" concept in the last year anniversary (2012)  to encourage Active Volunteers who are spending time in the middle on behalf of AMMA Social Welfare Association in Social Service. There are few kind hearts who are donating money and we need responsible people to spend this wisely to help genuine  poor & needy people. So Volunteers timely participation takes much more importance. In today's busy world, any ones little time in our activities is really appreciable

And it's our prime responsibility to honor and pat on a shoulder of a volunteer who is spending their valuable time for selfless good cause. Every Second or little time in our activities is very valuable; that too spending time continuously for more than 6 months is really a wonderful thing. This Appreciation is to those. This is just to appreciate their good deeds and hope it inspires & motivates them towards more good deeds.
