Dear Friends,

Smiley team is planning to visit Adagutta  Pathashala

Please turn up in large numbers..

Timing:

• Adagutta on Saturday(29th October 2011)  from 8-30am to 1-30pm
• Amrunagar Tanda , Sunday(30th October 2011) 2-30pm  to 5-30pm

Smiley team-Activity Time Table
The smiley team visits at 8-30am.The activity starts sharp at 9am .

• 9-00 to 9-20        Light music to make children gain energy to stay till 1-30pm
• 9-30 to 10-20      Different ice breaker games, and each winner of the game will get a gift
• 10-20 to 11am    Children can perform anything of their own choice
• 11-00 to 11-30    They will distribute coloured booklet (which has cartoons of inspiring personalities and say regarding them)
• 11-30 to 12-00    (play short film, then interactive session about it)
• 12-00 to 12-30    they will distribute gifts to everyone.

May extend till  1-30 pm because of fluctuations in plan.

We are planning to celebrate Deepawali at Adagutta Pathashala

Let us everyone participate and make it a grand success

Special Thanks to the Atluri.Rama Lakshmi  who like to donate 3000Rs.for this Nobel cause, on the occasion of her Father-In-Laws yearly ceremony

Following things we are planning to give to the students:

Breakfast:

Fruit Bread  5 packets  Rs.200

Orange fruits---2 each--  6dozens   Rs.300

Boiled eggs—1 each—30*3=100(approx)

Mysore Pak  --2kg—400

Consumer Durables

Combs—100

Soaps---150

Tooth Paste & brush Rs.18 each total Rs.600

Note: These are estimations, original amount may vary.

Crackers---Rs.1000/-(Color Matchbox,Pencils & Kakarbatulu)

Timings: 9am to 12pm

Class: Special class on Deepawali along with games

 Please come at 9am Wednesday (26^th October 2011) to be a part of this festival.

We are celebrating Gandhi Jayanthi in Adagutta Aksharam pathashala to make the children know about the Importance of Country and Great Leaders.

What we will do on that day :

1.       Prayer

2.       Garland to Gandhi Photo

3.       Small song on Gandhi

4.       Fruits distribution

5.       Animated cartoon/short film on Gandhi

Distributing good conditioned clothes to selected children based on the following criteria:

1)who are regular to class

2)who come to class neatly

3)who come to class in time

Please bring good conditioned clothes, or can give to any of the below mentioned volunteers.

Please come  at 9am  Sunday to motivate the Aksharam team and inspire the children.

Annam Parabramham - Food Distribution to Road side Destitutes

Dear All,

On 23rd Oct, 2011, Sunday  we distributed 22 Food Packets to the road side destitutes under “ANNAM PRABRAMHAM PROJECT”.  

This Sunday we have covered the Ameerpet, Yerragadda, Yusufguda, Srinagar Colony areas to distribute the Food Packets to the Road side Destitutes with the help of Prabha. She did wonderful work and crossed all the roads every time whenever we find the Destitutes and distributed the food packets with more patience.

The following are the distribution details.
