Based on FM Program (with Prasanthi about BOSF) aired on 17th June, 11… we are receiving many calls. This is about one call ……
I have received a call from Sri. Sravanthi (working in an MNC) in the same day afternoon regarding a destitute woman, Anuradha, aged around 60 years at Varasiguda, Secuderabad. Sravanthi, Sudha and friends saw her 10days back and feeding her daily. They tried all corners to join her in a destitute/ old age home but they couldn't.

Anuradha (destitute) has been begging near Durga Temple from last 3 months and unfortunately 2 months back she met with an accident and unable to move properly and is in very sick condition. Even she is unable to say something and looking very dull. Based on her & Sudha (Sravanthi Friend) words she has some relatives nearby but they won't turn up even to see her. She doesn't remember her whereabouts exactly due to (temporary/permanent) memory loss. She was already joined in a home where the staff used to slap her, so she refused to join in a home again.
In our enquiry we find there is nobody to take care of her so we decided to join her in a home and after recovery we can send her to their relatives (if she is able to recollect). Because of previous experience she didn't cooperated in the last second to come, so we (forcefully) took her to nearest home by auto. She refused to come, after couple of minutes she was calm and now she was adopted in that home.
Thanks for Prasanthi, Sravanthi & her friends for giving this opportunity to serve this woman and immediate response from our Active Volunteer K. Veera Bhadran is really appreciable. Last but not least my sincere thanks to Sri.K.Madhavi Latha for allowing us to join the destitute in her home.
